The staff was pleasant and welcoming and the place was clean. Great and lovely location, we need just 10 minutes walk to the bus station. The room was quiet and perfect with double bed and beautiful window plus a balcony view over historic Harrow £ 63.

That was quaint and homely hotel set in very nice area, near public transport, the restaurant, and the town centre and train station. I got large room with a balcony view over historic harrow. The food served was brilliant. The location was magnificent for walking around St Mary's Church.

Not very friendly staff!

Comfortable location in a historic area was a plus. Besides, we were not far from the town centre and train station and two excellent restaurants. The suite was reasonably priced.

All of the hotel staff were very friendly and engaging. The food and service in the Old Etonian Restaurant was excellent.

I was shocked from the first day when I arrived. I booked it because of the rating in Booked.net and it says 3 star hotel. It is not a hotel at all. Even to go to sleep was extremely difficult because of the neighbourhood. I won't recommend it at all for any person.

it was very very clean, good value for money. Quirky and unusual, so much nicer than staying in one of those vast chains

We stayed to go to a event at wembley and it was perfect for that. Very quaint and comfy hotel, bed was really comfy, lovely setting and great views. If you are going to wembley you might want to get a cab rather than tube cause for 4 of us the tube cost £32 return which was a lot for 3 stops.

Breakfast was very basic but probably better for us!

The location was lovely and our room had a balcony with a view down the street: very picturesque.

Very noisy during the morning from the cleaners in the room above which sounded like they were lugging extremely heavy equipment/furniture across the floor??!! This noise went on all morning. Also, the rudeness of the cleaner when she practically hammered the door down at 9 am asking when we were leaving! I was gobsmacked as it clearly stated on the door that the checkout time wasn't until 12pm! She was obviously keen to clean the room! Breakfast was very basic.

Friendly staff, made to feel welcome, very helpful with information on getting to Wembly stadium (our reason for staying) lovely location .Would come again!!

Very nice little hotel in lovely Harrow on the Hill. Very clean, very good facilities in the room. Would be comfortable to stay there for a few days. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed a very nice contential breakfast. I would certanly recommend this hotel.

Parking was a bit of a pain but this is due to the location rather than the hotel.

Pleasant staff & greeted on arrival. Excellent location, leafy suburb, nice pub close by with good food Excellent Italian resturant alongside the hotel. 10 minute walk to Harrow on the Hill tube station, 2 stops to Wembley. I cannot think of a better location for couples if you are looking to attend an event at Wembley & just looking for a short stay.

Some may feel the rooms are a little small & shower/toilet area, however, the location is key & a lovely area makes up for this.
